Fitness and Nutrition is Confusing.

Let’s face it, you’re here because you’re lost and you’re looking for a little direction. Who can blame you? With all the conflicting information out there, it’s no wonder people are confused. The good news is that you’ve come to the right place to find help you can trust.

Meet Your New Coach

Over the last 12 years in the health and fitness space, I’ve looked at wellness from multiple angles. I have spent six years helping people navigate nutrition on the ground in health food stores, and another six years coaching clients 1-on-1 as a personal trainer.

My background includes formal education in personal training, nutrition coaching, sports nutrition, and corrective exercise. I’ve spent the last six years applying this expertise to help a diverse range of clients, including youth, seniors, pre- and post-natal women, and individuals recovering from injuries or joint replacements.

A Space Built for Your Comfort

After years of coaching in a public gym setting, I saw firsthand how easily people can feel watched, rushed, or overwhelmed by the environment. That is why I transitioned to training clients out of my private home gym. There are no crowds, no random noise, and zero pressure - just a quiet, focused space dedicated entirely to you and your goals.

My training style completely skips the scale and body-image obsession. Instead, we focus on building genuine, functional strength. As someone who has personally lived with debilitating back pain, I am also incredibly passionate about using corrective exercise to improve your movement, fix muscular imbalances, and minimize daily aches.

My mission is to help you become stronger, confident, and more capable, all while keeping the entire process simple, sustainable, and stress-free.

Client Reviews

“I’ve now been training with Tyler for nearly 4 years, and one of the things I appreciate most is how he’s continuously adapted my workouts over time to help me keep progressing toward my goals through different stages of life.

Recently, I trained with him throughout my pregnancy up until 37 weeks, which I truly believe contributed to my overall health during pregnancy as well as my postpartum recovery. I resumed training with him around 3 or 4 months postpartum, and he has been instrumental in helping me rebuild my strength, especially my core, which felt incredibly weak after giving birth and now feels nearly fully restored…

I still have goals I’m working toward, but I’m confident I’ll reach them with Tyler’s support and guidance. I genuinely can’t recommend him highly enough.”

“As someone who has never really cared for working out, my personal training sessions with Tyler have been truly enjoyable and they have really helped me to increase my motivation.

He strikes exactly the right balance between pushing me to challenge myself and improve while always maintaining a relaxed vibe. I love his focus on functional training and thinking beyond working out for the sake of working out and instead thinking about how to improve your body's current and future capability.

He is both passionate and knowledgeable about wellness in a broad and comprehensive sense and connects his learnings to your goals in a meaningful way. If you're thinking about how to start or progress on your journey towards improved health, Tyler is exactly the right person to support you.”

“I’ve been working out with Tyler since my freshman year of high school. Now that I’m graduating, I have to part ways due to travel and education but if that weren’t the case, I’d still be training with him.

I highly recommend coming here. Over the years, I’ve seen major improvements, not just physically but mentally as well. You don’t just learn how to work out and do it safely, you learn a lot about yourself and how to stay disciplined. It’s more than just a workout for your body, it’s also a workout for your mind.

Tyler is incredibly open-minded and genuinely a great person. He’s one of the realest people I know. He doesn’t treat his clients like just clients he treats them like people. There have been days when I didn’t feel like showing up, but a few minutes into the session, I was always glad I did. It’s fun, engaging, and a great way to build a lasting routine.

I’ve learned so much here, lessons and skills I’ll carry with me for life. If you’re looking for a personal trainer for yourself or someone you care about, you won’t find anyone better than Tyler.”
